Duran Duran "Girls On Film 1979 Demo" Special edition LP & CD re-release artwork graphic design, released by Cleopatra Records Inc.,  2016.

 

This album was created as a special edition re- release of Duran Duran's first demo album for Cleopatra Records, Inc. The project included LP sticker and sleeve artwork design, and a separate but similar design layout for the CD album and booklet.

 

The project scope included the requirement to incorporate some of the original artwork from the album (including the figure on the front, also addef on the inner CD sleeve). In order to achieve the desired look, some of the typeface/text was created by hand, to mimic the bands' original handwriting as seen on the original demo to enhance the sense of authenticity for Duran Duran fans.
