Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire design and technical process for Ladies Grace & Truth brand

• Managed all design, separations, technical specs, pattern revisions, and grade rule standardization

• Designed apparel, gift mugs, packaging, logos, layout, and catalog copy

• Selected/reviewed all fabric colors and components

• Reviewed and commented on all patterns, fit, construction, ink and foils, strike-offs, and lab dips

• Researched and reported trends as team Millennial target market subject matter expert

• Interfaced and collaborated with cross-functional team members, product developers, quality control, purchasing, and sales teams
