Technical Design management of the entire Healthtex infant toddler boys product line released 2013-2015

Responsibilities Included:
• Responsible for design/technical design of high volume multi-million-dollar apparel

​• Responsible for design/technical design of Faded Glory Ladies' Maternity, & Plus 2012-2013, Girls Activewear product released 2014-2015 and Infant Toddler Boys for all Healthtex product released 2013-2015
• Managed and led fits on form and fit model with product development, buyers, and leadership
• Reviewed and revised patterns and grade rules and digitized patterns in Accumark

• Defined and created block pattern library to streamline processes and workload
• Created detailed construction sketches and trained peers as “Adobe Illustrator Subject Matter Expert”
• Communicated with overseas factories and suppliers to resolve production issues
• Implemented seasonal time and action calendars and tracking logs
• Proposed idea to CEO resulting in nationwide store associate training
• Consulted in meetings with Google, Walmart innovations, marketing, smartphone, and project management
teams as coupon customer subject matter expert (SME)
• Awarded Softlines Category Team of the Year - Girls’ Apparel, FYE 2014
• Awarded Spark Awards for Performance and Excellence, April 2013 and September 2013
• Awarded Certificate of Appreciation for Exceptional Performance and Leadership, 2013
• Achieved Most Units Sold in a Season - Ladies 2x2 Rib Tank, First Half 2012
